The Document on Demand is a program to collect, organize and simplify user-generated content as part of their existing content management process. This would include online text editors, image editors, grid builders and similar such processes as part of the larger Tek Choice initiative, which is designed to make not only the creation and editing of the documents simple, but also the management of content in proper format to keep it more informative and streamlined. The basic workflow would be simpler than ever before for end users and will be equally easy for the editors to compile and publish their work. Not only will the text editing be made more user-friendly and featured, but also arranging and ordering data in the right manner with reference to context. The creation of library components and managing them will be simple. 

The goal of this project is to build a comprehensive content management system for Tek Choice to create end-to-end automated publishing solution for complex documents that converge at the intersection of marketing and compliance. SMI will consult with Tek Choice staff to determine project specifications and technical assistance during all phases of the production process.

Document on Demand (DOD) leverages automated data publishing, print management, and distribution technologies so that clients can get the right message into the right hands at the right time – with speed, accuracy, and confidence. 

The proofs will be easily accessible and could be ordered as per preference. The business flow will be as per the client but with enhanced Web 2.0 features like drag & drop components, MS-Word like rich text editors, MS-Excel like data grids and desktop like context menus at places. The application would be developed keeping ease of use and look & feel at priority.
